Coaxial Digital Audio cables are used to carry stereo or multichannel audio down a single digital signal path, and are also sometimes called S/PDIF cables; jacks which accept or put out coaxial digital audio signals are frequently, though not always, color-coded orange, and so these digital audio cables have orange RCA plugs to aid in matching cables to jacks.
